02 Will I get a meal plan?
The Level 20 app uses a Smart Meal Planner to build your own meal plans from a huge choice of recipes (with instructions, measurements, and shopping lists) to give you the freedom to choose your own foods while still hitting your nutrition goals.
From there, you'll be coached to use the nutrition tracker to scan barcodes and weigh your own choices of food to hit your nutrition goals. This gives you control while teaching you how to sustain your new freedom.
03 Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! Workouts are individually customized based on experience level, equipment access (or no equipment), injuries, and schedule availability.
04 How often do I work out?
It's totally up to you. We prefer to aim for 30 minutes 3x per week minimum to ensure progress, but this can be negotiable.
We do not schedule more than 5 workouts per week, but this is dependent on your schedule and experience level.
05 Is this beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Whether you've never worked out in your life, are a professional athlete, or anything in between, we have experience and programming to meet you where you're at and level up from there!
06 Does my location matter?
Not at all. Our app and remote coaching abilities allow you to access us from wherever you are. We have clients across the US and even overseas.
07 What if I'm not happy?
I bet you will be! But if you're worried; we'll take the risk for you. If you let us know within the first 30 days that you're not happy with the service, we'll refund you in full.
